Hello
Are you curious about whether support from The Emotional Drinker could be the right next step for you?
My free 30-minute One-to-One Introduction chat is designed to give you clarity, connection, and confidence about your next move. We can chat via phone or video... its up to you....
What will happen when we connect...
During our time together, we’ll:
-
Get to know each other – I’ll share a little about who I am, my background in mental health and alcohol harm reduction, and how I support women over 35 to make lasting, positive changes.
-
Explore your goals – You’ll have space to talk openly about what’s happening in your life, what you’d love to change, and what’s getting in the way.
-
Unpack my services – I’ll explain the different ways I work with clients, from one-to-one coaching and group programs to courses, talks, and retreats, so you can see what feels like the best fit for you.
-
Answer your questions – This is your time to ask me anything you need to feel sure about working with me. There’s no jargon, no judgment, and absolutely no pressure.
Think of this call as a friendly, supportive conversation over a cup of tea — with a professional who understands the ups and downs of emotional drinking, mental health challenges, and the desire to live a fuller, freer life. Many of the women I work with are nurses, carers, teachers, and mums — women who spend so much energy looking after everyone else that their own needs and wellbeing have been pushed aside. If that sounds familiar, this talk could be the starting point of something new for you.
By the end of the session, you’ll have:
-
A clearer understanding of what emotional drinking really is (and what it isn’t).
-
A fresh perspective on why willpower alone isn’t the answer — and why compassion, humour, and practical strategies work so much better.
-
An honest sense of whether my approach and services are the right match for you.
This is a free, no-obligation conversation. Whether we decide to work together or not, my aim is that you leave with greater clarity, a lighter heart, and a spark of hope that change is possible.
